1. Scope of Services
BoothHive provides full-service trade show exhibition solutions, including 3D architectural booth design, structural manufacturing, turn-key exhibit rental inventory, LED video wall systems, advance warehouse freight dispatch, and certified union labor Installation & Dismantle (I&D).
2. Quotations & Project Commitments
All online estimates, interactive 3D builder calculations, and preliminary proposals are subject to engineering review and venue jurisdictional confirmation. Formal production commences upon signed Statement of Work (SOW) and deposit receipt.
3. Rental Hardware & Care
Rental hardware—including modular extrusion matrices, LED video tiles, display kiosks, and lounge furnishings—remains the sole property of BoothHive. Clients are responsible for ensuring normal exhibit operation during show floor hours without structural alterations.
4. Onsite Union Labor & Venue Compliance
BoothHive handles all certified union labor jurisdictions across North American convention centers (Las Vegas Convention Center, McCormick Place, Orange County Convention Center, Javits Center, and partner facilities nationwide). Work is scheduled strictly in compliance with general service contractor (GSC) deadlines and marshalling yard access rules.
